Minimum Wage 2025
The National Living Wage is set to rise on 1st April 2025 to £12.21 for everyone over 21. The 2025 increase was above the range indicated in early communications from the LPC and represents a 6.7% increase on 2024.

The Federation will continue to lobby for a realistic wage and a recognition of the different requirements for the Northern Ireland labour market.
