Reception Award – Finalists 2025

Thank you to all those that took part in the assessment day. Another fun day and a challenge as always for the judges.

These are the finalists across all three categories. Each finalist will receive ONE free ticket for the Gala Dinner and Awards in the Ebrington Hotel, Derry-Londonderry on 21st May 2025.

Individual finalists are called for a further interview on Tuesday 29th April in the Clayton Hotel Belfast. Please note the interview times below and ensure you arrive on the second floor of the hotel about 10 minutes before your allocated time. Please wear your normal uniform. No other preparation is required.

Reception Team of the Year

These are the finalists after multiple rounds of telephone mystery shopping. A mystery guest will now stay at each finalist in order to arrive at a winning team.
