Perfectly located just off the main A4 Road, 8miles from the Ballygawley roundabout, on the border of Tyrone and Fermanagh, Our hotel is placed on a direct route from Belfast to the Lakes of Fermanagh and West Coast to Donegal – a perfect residential base for tours to all points of Northern Ireland and the province of Ulster. 

We have recently been upgraded to a 4 Star hotel by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and expanded to incorporate 43 luxury bedrooms which consist of single, twin, double and family occupancy with 8 luxurious suites. Bedrooms and suites are situated in both the original Georgian house and decorated in period style, just as one would expect from a fine country house and the new wing of the hotel offering modern design and comfort, allowing the hotel to cater to every taste.

The hotel now also features a luxury spa facility which offers guests a relaxing treat if they wish to avail of the facilities including; a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and thermal relaxation area, seven treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym and the first Vichy shower in Northern Ireland. The spa also offers an added luxury in the Serenity Suite which can be hired privately and includes an outdoor hot tub and relaxation area, with a body therapy chamber and shower.
