Hotel Heroes 2024

The Federation is celebrating its 25th Anniversary in 2024 and we would like to recognise all those unsung heroes who contribute so much to our industry.

People are the lifeblood of the hotel industry and to celebrate its 25th anniversary the Federation would like to recognise our unsung heroes at a special awards ceremony in the Observatory at Grand Central Hotel, Belfast, on Thursday 25th April.

The industry has grown dramatically over the last 25 years and our staff remain central to our success. We ask members to nominate someone within their business who has really made a difference. The person may have been performing a valuable ‘back of house’ role or meeting customers each day. Either way their contribution has been noted as enhancing the overall hotel experience.

It is likely that a Hotel Hero will have been in the industry for at least 10 years but if you have someone you think is worthy, please submit an entry.
