NITB's Event Funding Programme 2011-12

The programme is designed to support home-grown and international events between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012. In line with the Tourism Strategy for Northern Ireland 2010-2020, NITB aims to fund events that will increase visitor numbers and spend in the local economy - happenings that will create a great lasting legacy for Northern Ireland.

There are two funding programmes available:
- The National Events Fund
- The International Events Fund
Apply online now at. Please refer to the application guidelines before completing the online form.
The Event Funding Programme will close on Monday 28 February 2011 at 12 noon. Applications received after this time will not be considered.

Roadshow Venues and Dates:


NITB are holding a series of roadshows to help applicants understand the new funding model and online form. At each roadshow there will be a demonstration of the online application and an opportunity to ask questions about the process.
