gathered for the ‘Hotel Restaurant of the Year’ awards dinner at Galgorm Resort
& Spa on Monday 28th November 2016.
The Federation would like to

Following extensive analysis
of menus and judging of both cooking and food service, the following hotels
have been awarded in three categories:
