50 hotel managers attended the two workshops.
The workshops in Belfast and Derry were supported by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and the guest speaker was Enda Larkin, author of How to Run a Great Hotel.
Delegates in the La Mon Hotel & Country Club and the Tower Hotel Derry learnt about a range of topics to help them better understand strategy, staff engagement and customer service.
